aches and pains and DISCOMFROT

fell in sch yday due to the rain
slipped and fell butt down in a siting position

now my lower body at the rite hip feels
sore and achy not the mention my shoulder too
(and i dunno why)
arggg in other words it's the whole back
luckily tmr is a FRIDAY
for gawd sake
thank god for friday

doc says the fall is fine no problems
but haf to take xtra care and monitor situation
it's only a muscle pull/ache but haf to careful....

argggggg DISCOMFORTING!!!!!
