-"good" timing-
prelims...
dayOne:
eng paper one
- do until halfway, felt recurring cramps
no need to guess = period.
pain was unbearable.
eng paper two
- asked for hot water bag so as to ease the pain,
me " please, may i have a hot water bag? "
teacher " yes, you may. hold on first. "
until the end of the paper, no hot water bag.
guess as much. luckily i had hot milo during the break,
can pull thru...but pain/cramps was persistant
social studies paper
- this time, hot milo also no use, really need hot water bag.
daphne got mis poh to get one for me and...whoot! not so bad

aft both papers, it was pouring heavily and i got caught in the rain..
when i boarded 153, it was soooo cold in the bus
for a split sec i tot i was in north pole!
the windows were all condensed! whoot!
nvm that.
aft that, went chk up wiff dad..
came home, not feeling very well mayb i caught a cold..
but there was nth i can do.. :(
so i studied my chem for the morrow and went to bed at 10 sharp!
woke up at 0021 with fever...luckily my 2nd sis was still up...
she gave me panadol and i wipe myself down wiff cold water...

-froggs-
once upon a time, there's a bunch of tiny frogs who arranged
a running competition.
the goal was to reach the top of the tower.
a big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race
and cheer on the contestants.
the race began.
honestly,
no one in crowd really believed that the tiny frogs
would reach the top of the tower.
you heard statements such as:
"Oh, WAY too difficult!!"
"They will NEVER make it to the top."
or:
"Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!"
the tiny frogs began collapsing.
One by one.
except for those, who in a fresh tempo,
were climbing higher and higher...
the crowd continued to yell ,
"It is too difficult!!! No one will make it!"
more tiny frogs got tired and gave up....
but ONE continued higher and higher and higher....
this one wouldn't give up!
at the end everyone else had given up climbing the tower.
save for the one tiny frog who, after a big effort,
was the only one who reached the top!
THEN all of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know
how this one frog managed to do it..
a contestant asked the tiny frog how he had found
the strength to succeed and reach the goal?
it turned out, that the winner was DEAF!!!!
The wisdom of this story is:
NEVER listen to other people's comments, as it tends
to be negative or pessimistic.
they take your most wonderful dreams and wishes away from you --
the ones you have in your heart!
always think of the power words have.
cause everything you hear and read will affect your actions!
therefore: ALWAYS be.... POSITIVE!
And above all: Be DEAF when people tell YOU that you cannot fulfill your dreams!
most people walk in and out of your life......
but FRIENDS leave footprints in your heart
in two days tomorrow will be yesterday.
today is no special day and I have no particular reason for writing to you...
I have no news to tell you....
nor any problems to discuss with you....
or gossip to tell you...
It's only one of those happy moments ...
when I thought of you...
and I would like to share these thoughts with you...

when i reach my bus stop,

i only took one bite of my waffle and the bus cum liao

den, when i on board the bus,
one elderly lady saw me
she waved at me and call out to me loudly
"girl, girl, come here, come here. i know that uniform"
...dots...
at first i didn't want to go to her,
coz
no1. it happened so suddenly, i dunno whad's gg on.
the moment i stepped up and tis took plc (woot!)
no2. she was calling the wrong sch's name.
a moment of hesitation and doubt there
den aft two calls of wrong sch name, she corrected herself,
and call the rite name.
she gestured for me to sit nxt to her, but i refused
but than she insisted, so i obliged
plus my bag weighed a ton!!
den she told me that her
so and so is frm our sch and tis and tat
and her church tis and dat,
and all i did was
1.smile broadly and nicely and "ah","yes","really?","that's good."
2.tok to her when appropriate
she seems to b a nice lady,
arnd her early 60s,
and to my astonishment, she still has got very good hearing!!!
woah, compared to sum adults that i've cum across,
who are half her age, their hearing problem is as good as sumone
hu is of age 99!

-black drapes-
woooooott!!
chapel tdy was cool!
HA!
try and visualize wiffmi ya (hopefully):
black drapes hung low around the hall,
and there was dis sheen of smoke
as well (for awhile),
gongs and other kind of instruements
stood tall and magnificient on the stage.
there were other decorations too, but i cldn't see very well.
i was quite far back in the hall.
we were all wrapped up in the black drapes, and surrounded by the smoke.
the entire atmosphere, was, to sum it up wif one word - COOL!
*one word = one of junki's song!! *blush*
okok, anyway,
however, regretfully, i didn't get to see
this elaborately decorated hall put to it's use..

it's cluster arts tdy,
and tis yr, the cluster arts festival is gna
be like whad YOU said "bigger" than the previous
yrs.

is an astmah attack
(i'm astmah-tic)
den, my dad came hm and brought me to
the docs
he asked how was i feeling
i told me - astmah
and he replied shockingly,
" You got astmah de meh?!"

"i'm an astmah patient since young, dearie.."
"orh. ok lets go down."
anyway, tat's besides the point.
